Terms of Use

The practical rules for using Outfits and its website.

Updated 17 October 2026

A subscription unlocks the app

After the free sample walkthrough, an active Apple subscription is required for the main app. There is no free trial.

Your wardrobe is yours

Your photos and saved outfits remain on your iPhone. Online AI results need your review.

Apple manages billing

Cancel or request a refund through Apple. Deleting your Outfits account does not cancel a subscription.

The service and your account

Outfits is provided by Mohammad Elzahaby. The imprint gives the legal address. These terms cover the iPhone app, online wardrobe processing, website, articles, and free tools. The app asks you to accept them when you request an email sign-in code. If you cannot legally enter this agreement, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s authorization.

Sign-in uses your email and a one-time code. A confirmed website waitlist signup creates or reuses an app account for that email but does not sign you in on the iPhone. The waitlist is optional, free, and does not reserve a purchase or promise a launch date. You can leave through waitlist preferences.

Outfits organizes clothes saved on one iPhone, lets you compose and save outfits and collages, and offers online AI-assisted quality checks and catalogue-image creation. It is not a cloud wardrobe backup, cross-device sync service, realistic virtual try-on, or guarantee that clothes will fit.

Subscriptions and payment

The sample walkthrough is free. After it, an active Apple subscription is required for the main app, including access to a personal wardrobe, outfit planning, calendar, favorites, collages, and paid online processing. There is no free trial. The app and Apple show the current price, currency, billing period, any available introductory offer, and renewal terms before you confirm a purchase. Availability and eligibility can vary; do not rely on a promotional offer unless Apple displays it to you.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple under the rules shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple account; cancellation normally ends access after the paid period, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law. Apple handles payment methods and refund requests. Deleting an Outfits account, signing out, or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. You can use Restore Purchases to check a subscription linked to your Apple account.

Saved local wardrobe data remains on the iPhone while app access is locked, unless you remove it. Account management, purchase restoration, and help remain available. Online processing has reasonable capacity and usage limits to protect the service; the app will tell you when a request cannot continue.

Your photos and AI results

You keep the rights you have in the photos and wardrobe information you provide. You allow us and necessary providers to transmit, host temporarily, and process selected garment references only to deliver and secure the online feature you request, subject to the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the content is deleted, apart from stated provider, backup, legal, or security retention.

Only submit content you have the right to use. Check for other people or sensitive details before choosing a photo. Do not submit unlawful or exploitative material or use the service to identify or profile people.

Initial cutouts and some outfit functions run on the iPhone; paid quality checks and catalogue images use online AI. Results can be inaccurate or differ from the real garment. Review them before saving or relying on them. Outfits does not verify fit, fabric, authenticity, value, condition, or safety, and does not provide professional advice. Similar generated results may appear for different users.

Fair use and website content

Do not break the law or another person’s rights, bypass purchase or usage limits, try to access another account, attack or overload the service, distribute malware, or automate signups and processing requests without permission. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to stop misuse, protect the service, or comply with law, with notice where appropriate.

Articles, help pages, calculators, checklists, and outfit ideas are general information. Tool results depend on your inputs; adjust them for weather, comfort, mobility, dress codes, and garment care. You may use the website tools for personal planning. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. The app, site, original writing, and artwork remain ours or our licensors’ materials; you may not republish or systematically extract them without permission. Apple and other independent services have their own terms. Links to outside sites do not mean we control those sites.

Changes, availability, and leaving

Internet access, provider capacity, Apple services, and iOS background limits can interrupt or delay online features. We may make security, compatibility, or product updates and may change or discontinue features. Where consumer law requires notice, continued access, a remedy, or a right to end an ongoing paid service, we will provide it.

You can stop using Outfits and delete the online account in app Settings. Local wardrobe and outfit data are separate: remove them in the app or delete the app’s data if you do not want to keep them. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription or automatically remove a separate waitlist signup. See the Privacy Policy for data choices.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights for digital content and services, required updates, remedies for non-conformity, or withdrawal/refund rights. We do not exclude liability where the law forbids it, including for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, fraud, or mandatory consumer claims. Otherwise, liability is limited only to the extent applicable law allows. Automated results are not promised to be exact or suitable for an unstated purpose.

Austrian law applies, but consumers keep mandatory protections of the country where they habitually live and may use any court available under applicable consumer rules. Email hello@outfits.today if you have a dispute so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms for legal, security, technical, or product reasons. The current version and date appear here. Material changes to an ongoing paid service receive notice and remedies where law requires. If one provision cannot be enforced, the others remain in effect to the extent the law permits.
