Good questions. Clear answers.

From your first outfit photo to subscription and privacy, here is what Outfits does—and what it does not do yet.

Getting started

Is Outfits available yet?

Not yet. Outfits is an iPhone app in development. Join the waitlist to register interest; a launch date has not been announced.

Join the waitlist
Does joining the waitlist create an app account?

Confirming your email also creates or reuses the account identity for that address. It does not sign you into the iPhone app or start a subscription. When you use the app, you will request a new email code.

Is there a free trial?

No. You can go through a sample outfit walkthrough before subscribing, but an active subscription is required for the main wardrobe, outfit planning, calendar, favorites and photo features.

Can I leave the waitlist?

Yes. Use the waitlist preferences page to remove your email after confirming a new code. Your app account remains available.

Photos and wardrobe

Do I need a separate photo of every garment?

No. A clear outfit photo can be a starting point. Outfits proposes the clothes it can see so you can review them as individual wardrobe pieces.

Adding clothes guide
Can it find clothes hidden under a jacket?

No. If a garment is covered, cropped or too small in the photo, it may not be detected or may need a clearer reference before it can be used.

What is processed online?

Selected photo references used for AI garment checks and isolated catalogue images are sent through Outfits’ service and OpenAI when you have an active subscription. There is no on-device-only processing option for those features.

Privacy Policy
Does my wardrobe sync between iPhones?

No. The current wardrobe and outfit plans are stored on the iPhone. Email sign-in identifies an account for processing and access, but it does not sync the wardrobe between devices.

Outfits and planning

Does AI choose my outfits for me?

No. You choose and combine saved pieces yourself. Automatic outfit recommendations are a future direction, not a current feature.

Creating outfit combinations
Can I see how clothes will fit on my body?

No. The outfit view arranges saved clothing images into a visual combination. It is not a realistic virtual try-on or a fit prediction.

Can I plan outfits for specific days?

Yes. Build an outfit on a selected date and see saved looks in the monthly calendar. You can also save combinations as favorites and reuse them on other days.

Account and support

How do I cancel a subscription?

Manage or cancel it through Apple. Deleting your Outfits account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Subscription guide
What happens if I delete my account?

Account deletion removes the Outfits account and its server-side data, but does not automatically delete the wardrobe stored on your iPhone or cancel an Apple subscription.

Where can I get help?

Visit the help guides for app tasks. For a question that is not covered there, email hello@outfits.today. Please do not send personal wardrobe photos unless support asks for a cleared test image.
